We are an upcoming resource management team, who want to build the ‘Allied Health Professionals’ workforce by implementing job planning, ensuring the right skills are the right place at the right time, meeting high patient demand, providing better quality care and allowing staff to develop both personally and professionally.
What we do
Screening Process
We have a broad network of ambitious candidates from universities in India, upholding high standards by leading in the engagement of students for a rewarding and fulfilling career in the field of ‘Allied Health Sciences’.
Boarding Process
We will follow the set standards of professional training, performance and conduct to ensure they meet the registration standards. All applicants will be requested to provide both character, health references and clinical references.
Immigration Requirement
With our expert advisory panel, represented by stakeholders from across the health sector both in India and UK we will support them in their application seeking permission from UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) to work in the UK and obtain entry clearance before travelling here.
English Language Proficiency
Complying with the standards set by the HCPC, all our applicants will be supported by our English language training team in acquiring the requirement. We can also ask them to provide information about their ability to use English, by submitting a proof of qualification comparability through UK ENCI to satisfy the international registration process.
Recruitment and Retention
We will share with them the ‘NHS International Recruitment Toolkit’, which will be a good starting resource; in conjunction with our strong elaborate professional network across the UK, we can link them with the associations, for any local planning or personalized practical and professional support.
Scope of Work
Moving forward, as our next step we are looking to extend this recruitment process to involve other ‘Allied Health Professionals’, identified by the UKVI as ‘shortage occupations’, i.e., Speech and Language Therapists, Radiographers, Dieticians, Midwives etc.

Current
Project
We are currently focusing on supporting the recruitment of Therapists, to work with people of all ages, with a wide range of problems resulting from physical, mental, social, or developmental difficulties. Based on our initial discussions with our system partners in India, there will be around 10% of the students in each university who are interested in this overseas opportunity.

This translates to almost 20 students in each college. By this recruitment process we hope to make a positive impact upon the wellbeing and rehabilitation of patients in most care pathways and in the broader public health and social care environment.
